Easy lunch with stir fried pumpkin and egg. It is very easy to make it.

Ingredients (4 servings)
1/2 of pumpkin, cut into bite size
Egg
Soy sauce
Sugar

Directions:
1. Just put pumpkin in the pan
2. add a half cup of water
3. blanch it by covering for 5 minutes.
4. Season with soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to taste
